💻 Using Luna Display with Microsoft Surface? Limited compatibility with Surface devices. Some models may work, but we're experiencing intermittent issues and cannot guarantee full compatibility.

⚠️ Current status:

  • Surface with HDMI/USB-C: May work but with potential issues

  • Surface Pro 8/Studio: Known intermittent problems under investigation and we do not recommend using Luna Display

  • Surface Pro X: Not compatible (ARM-based)

  • Adapters: Not supported with any Surface device

Surface devices with these ports should work with Luna Display:

  • HDMI port: Use HDMI Luna Display unit

  • Display-compatible USB-C port: Use USB-C Luna Display unit

Known Issues

We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with certain Surface models:

  • Surface Pro 8

  • Surface Pro Studio

  • Other recent Surface devices

While we investigate these issues further, we cannot guarantee compatibility with Surface devices.

These Surface devices will not work with Luna Display:

  • Surface Pro X: ARM-based architecture not supported

  • Other ARM-based Surface devices
