Fullscreen Mode

Fullscreen Mode expands your Mac's display to fill your entire iPad screen.

Updated today

Fullscreen Mode removes the Workbench toolbar and brown bars around your display, giving you a full view of your Mac. It is great for detail work, reading, reviewing a design, or any time you want a clean view without any distractions.

⛶ How to Use Fullscreen Mode

  1. Tap the Fullscreen button in the toolbar at the top right of the app

  2. Your iPad's resolution will adjust and your Mac's display will expand to fill your entire iPad screen

  3. Tap the Fullscreen button again to exit and return to the normal view

The Fullscreen button will always be visible on screen, even when expanded.

💡 Good to Know

  • The Workbench toolbar is hidden in Fullscreen Mode, so features like Mini Map and Voice Input won't be accessible while you're in this mode

  • To use any other Workbench features, exit Fullscreen Mode first

  • Fullscreen Mode does not change your connection or affect your session in any way, but you may notice the resolution adjusting when enabled and disabled
