📍First steps:
Make sure you're running the latest versions of Luna. If not, update the apps and see if that solves the issue.
Reboot both of your devices. Power off and restart both of your devices, then try Luna again to see if the issue persists.
Turn off HDR in Windows Settings:
Select the Start button, then select Settings > System > Display
Select Windows HD Color settings.
You may need to select the display that is connected through Luna in the dropdown menu under Choose Display
Under Display capabilities, check to make sure it says No next to Use HDR to ensure it is disabled.
Try Luna Display again and see if the black screen issue still appears.

Open Windows Display Settings on your PC: Settings > System > Display
Scroll down to Multiple Displays and click Graphics settings
Step 2: Add Luna Display
Add Luna Display to Graphics Settings
Set the dropdown menu to Desktop app, then click Browse
Find the file path where Luna Display is installed and click Add
📁 Default installation path: C:\Program Files\Astropad\Luna Display\Application
