If you're experiencing a black screen when using Astropad Studio on Windows, this is typically related to graphics card settings. Here are two methods to resolve this issue:

Method 1: NVIDIA Control Panel

For users with NVIDIA graphics cards:

  1. Open NVIDIA Control Panel

  2. Navigate to Manage 3D Settings > Program Settings

  3. Add Astropad Studio to the program list

  4. Select Integrated Graphics as the preferred graphics processor

Method 2: Windows Graphics Settings

If Method 1 doesn't resolve the issue:

  1. Open Windows Settings on your PC

  2. Navigate to System > Display Settings

  3. Scroll down to Multiple Displays > select Graphics Settings

  4. Click Add and select Astropad Studio

    • Choose Desktop App as the app type

      Add Astropad Studio
    • Click Browse and locate your Astropad Studio installation folder
