Rock Daily Planner License Code Troubleshooting

Updated over a week ago

How does the Rock Daily Planner license code work?

When a license for the Pro version of Rock Daily Planner is purchased from our website, an email is sent to the purchaser that contains a license code to redeem through the Apple App Store. This email is separate from the order confirmation email, and contains only the license code and instructions for redemption.

The code that is provided activates a year of the Pro version of Rock Planner that is not set to automatically renew, by default. Since it is a non-renewing license, your Rock Daily Planner subscription will automatically appear as canceled under your Apple ID Subscriptions settings, with an expiration date of a year from the time of activating the code.

Why do I receive an error when redeeming my code?

An error can appear while redeeming your code if the Apple App Store detects multiple redemption form submissions. If you are unsure if your code was properly applied to your Apple ID account due to an error, please verify your subscription status in your Apple ID settings.

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPad

  2. Tap your name at the top of the Settings app

  3. Tap Subscriptions

✅ If the code was properly applied in spite of the error you received, you will see a canceled subscription for Rock Daily Planner that is set to expire a year from the date you redeemed it.

How do I see if my subscription is active in the Rock Daily Planner app?

Subscription status can be found in the Settings of the Rock Daily Planner app. Tap on the Settings ⚙️ icon in the top left of the app to access Settings.

Toward the bottom of the settings, there is a section that will list whether your year license for the Pro version is detected by the app. If you do not see your subscription active here, there may be a slight delay in the app registering the active license.

What do I do if my subscription isn't active in the app?

💡Try toggling one of the Pro settings in the app if you have an active subscription under your Apple ID, but the app still does not show that it is active.
