  • Account vs Apple ID: Your Astropad Studio account is separate from your Apple ID

  • Device limits: Up to 2 iPads + 2 computers, but only 1 iPad + 1 computer active at a time

🆔 Is my Astropad Studio account the same as my Apple ID?

No, your Astropad Studio account is completely separate from your Apple ID.

  • Your Astropad Studio account is used to log into the Astropad Studio app on any iPad

  • Your Apple ID (App Store/iTunes account) is only used for subscription payments if you subscribed through the App Store

  • We do not have access to your Apple ID, payment details, or receipts if you purchased through the App Store. All billing for App Store purchases is managed directly by Apple

🔑 How do I reset my Astropad Studio account password?

If you need to reset your Astropad Studio password, follow these steps:

  1. Enter the email address associated with your Astropad Studio account

  2. Follow the instructions emailed to you to set a new password

📱 Can I use Astropad on more than one device?

Yes! Your Astropad Studio account allows you to install on multiple devices:

  • Up to 2 iPads

  • Up to 2 computers (Mac or PC)

⚠️ Note: You can only use one iPad and one computer at a time per account.

⬆️ Can I upgrade from Astropad Standard to Astropad Studio?

Yes, we offer an upgrade option for customers who previously purchased Astropad Standard.

  • The cost of your Astropad Standard purchase can be applied to your first year of an Astropad Studio subscription

  • This upgrade is only available for subscriptions purchased directly from our website, not through the App Store
