📋 How do I manage my subscription?
Apple App Store subscribers: Cancel using your iPhone/iPad settings or via Apple's "Report a Problem" website. Step-by-step instructions are provided below here, and below!
Website subscribers: Cancel directly via the Astropad Account Management page.
Check status anytime: Log into your Astropad Studio account and click Subscription.
Trial eligibility: Each user is eligible for one free trial. A new subscription will be charged immediately if a free trial has already been used.
🍎 If you subscribed through the Apple App Store
If your subscription was purchased through the App Store, you'll need to manage it directly on your iPhone or iPad. Apple handles all billing, cancellations, and refunds. If you suspect you have both an Apple-subscribed and website-subscribed plan, ensure only one is active to avoid duplications.
iPhone/iPad Steps:
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your name at the top and select Subscriptions.
Locate Astropad Studio and tap it.
Select Cancel Subscription and confirm your selection.

Alternatively, you can use Apple’s Report a Problem website to cancel your subscription. Log in and navigate to your Astropad subscription to proceed. For refunds, Apple requires users to submit a request through their refund portal or contact Apple Support directly.

If you purchased your subscription through our website, you can manage your subscription at the Astropad Studio Account Management page. Just enter the email address you used to subscribe.
Additional promotions, such as free trial extensions in the event troubleshooting is needed, and special discounts and sales, are available exclusively for subscriptions initiated on the Astropad website.
Steps to Cancel:
Log in to your account on the Astropad website.
Access the Billing Account Portal.
Go to Account/Subscriptions.
Identify your active subscription and proceed to cancel it.
If eligible for a refund, and your account is through our website, contact Astropad's support team for guidance.
💡 Check your status anytime: You can also check your subscription status at any time by logging into your Astropad Studio account and clicking on Subscription at the top. If the subscription status doesn't align with your records, verify both your Apple ID account and Astropad website account to resolve mismatches.
Resolving Overlapping Subscriptions:
If you have both an Apple subscription and a website license, first cancel the Apple subscription through Apple as described above.- Confirm if one was initiated by mistake during trial switching between platforms.
Request a refund for the Apple charge through their Report a Problem website.
Once canceled, continue using your active website subscription without conflicts.- If you encounter persistent overlapping charges, contact both Apple Support and Astropad’s support team for a resolution.
