🍎 If you subscribed through the Apple App Store

If your subscription was purchased through the App Store, you'll need to manage it directly on your iPhone or iPad. Apple handles all billing, cancellations, and refunds.

iPhone/iPad Steps:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.

  2. Tap your name at the top and select Subscriptions.

  3. Locate Astropad Studio and tap it.

  4. Select Cancel Subscription and confirm your selection.

Alternatively, you can use Apple’s Report a Problem website to cancel your subscription. Log in and navigate to your Astropad subscription to proceed.
