How do I reset pen calibration in Astropad Studio for Windows?

If your iPad cursor drifts from your pen tip after updating or installing Astropad Studio, you can fix it by toggling high resolution input and adjusting the zoom level in the Astropad Studio app.

🔧 Toggling High Resolution Input

1. Open Astropad Studio Preferences by tapping "".

2. Go to the Advanced tab and uncheck High Resolution Input.

3. Restart the Astropad Studio apps.

💡 Once the apps restart and your pen calibration is fixed, you can toggle High-Resolution Input back on if your device supports it.

🔄 Reset the Zoom in Astropad Studio

  1. Press and hold the red and black ring button in the iPad app

  2. Tap 100% at the top of the screen

  3. With zoom set to 100%, test your Apple Pencil to see if the cursor aligns correctly.
