Your Rock Daily Planner code unlocks Pro features for one year. Redeem it through the App Store on your iPad.

Open the App Store
Tap your profile picture (top-right corner)
Tap "Redeem Gift Card or Code"
Enter your code manually
Tap "Redeem"
The Pro version will activate immediately. You can start using your Daily Planner!

This error means Apple can't process the redemption request. Here are some common causes:
Code already redeemed on a different Apple ID (check that each account has the correct address tied to it)
