How to make a warranty claim for Rock Paper Pencil

How to make a warranty claim for Rock Paper Pencil: what's covered, what to send us, and what happens next.

Your Rock Paper Pencil is covered under warranty for 6 months from the date it was delivered. If something's wrong with the product itself, we'll sort it out.

Try this first

If your protector has lost its texture or stickiness, clean it with 70% isopropyl alcohol and let it dry fully. That brings most protectors back. If it still isn't right afterwards, it may be a warranty issue.

What the warranty covers

Within 6 months of delivery, these count as warranty issues:

  • Noticeable scratching

  • Loss of texture, where cleaning doesn't restore it

  • Loss of stickiness, where cleaning doesn't restore it

  • Arrived damaged

What isn't covered by the warranty

Accidental damage, such as a broken Apple Pencil tip from a drop, or a protector creased or damaged by an iPad case. Normal wear beyond the warranty period isn't covered either.

If you ordered the wrong size for your iPad, that's not a warranty issue, and we can help you swap it. See How do I start a return or exchange?
