Items Eligible for Returns or Exchanges

Eligible Returns

  • 30-day window: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Website purchases only: We can only accept returns for items bought directly from our website.

  • Order number required: Please include your original order number when submitting your request.

Not Eligible for Returns

  • Third-party purchases: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items bought from Amazon or other resellers.

  • Beyond 30 days from delivery: We do not accept returns or exchanges that are requested beyond the 30-day window.

  • Shipping charges: Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Need to return or exchange an Astropad product? Products purchased from our website can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Fill out the return form for your region to start the process.

🇺🇸 For United States Orders

  • Start your return or exchange: Submit your request Return/ Exchange Portal - U.S. Orders

  • Have your order number ready: You’ll need your original order number to complete the request.

  • Shipping label provided: Once approved, we’ll email you return instructions and a pre-paid shipping label.

🌏 For International Orders (Outside of the United States)

  • Start your return or exchange: Submit your request Returns and Exchanges Form - International Orders

  • Have your order number ready: You’ll need your original order number to complete the request.

  • Support team review: Our team will review your submission and confirm eligibility.

  • Return instructions: If approved, we’ll email you detailed return instructions.

  • Regional process: Follow the specific steps outlined for your region.


Return Shipping Costs

🇺🇸 US Returns

  • Return label provided: A pre-paid return label will be emailed to you once your request is approved.

  • Shipping cost: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Processing: The deduction occurs after your return has been received and processed.

🇪🇺 EU/ 🇬🇧 UK Returns

  • Create your own label: Customers are responsible for generating their own return shipping label.

  • Include order details: Please include your order number and name inside the package.

  • Shipping cost: Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Third-Party Purchases (Amazon or other sellers)

  • Contact the seller directly: All returns must go through the original seller.

  • Follow their policy: Each reseller has its own return and refund process.

  • Not handled by us: We’re unable to process returns for third-party purchases.

  • Different timelines: Return windows and policies may vary by retailer.


Refunds and Processing Times

Non-refundable costs

  • Original shipping costs: Not refundable.

  • Return shipping fees: Deducted from your refund (U.S.) or paid by the customer (EU/UK).

Processing time

  • Return review: All returns are subject to approval before processing.
