Screen content
Files or data displayed during sessions

We use third-party tools to understand product usage and improve reliability:
Countly – for app usage analytics
Sentry – for crash reporting and diagnostics
These services may collect device and usage data, error logs, and performance metrics.
Customer Support Data

Messages you send us
Optional diagnostic logs (only if you explicitly choose to share them)
Support communications are managed through Intercom.
Payment Information
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

How Workbench Connectivity Works
Workbench uses a hybrid networking approach:
We attempt direct peer-to-peer connections whenever possible
If a direct connection cannot be established, we route traffic through our global relay network
Security guarantees:
All connections are encrypted end-to-end
Relay servers transmit data but cannot access or store it
Astropad cannot view or access your screen content
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with trusted service providers necessary to operate Workbench:
Countly – Analytics
Sentry – Error monitoring
Intercom – Customer support
Stripe – Payment processing
These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary to:
Provide the service
Maintain system performance and reliability
Comply with legal obligations
Session metadata and account information may be retained for operational and analytical purposes. We do not retain session content.
