❓When should I use the factory reset feature?
A factory reset of the Astropad Studio app is one of our standard troubleshooting steps. We have some examples of when you would want to do a reset:
Experiencing connection issues
Odd shortcut or magic gesture behavior
Noticing severe lag
🪟 How to perform a factory reset on Windows
Open Astropad Studio on your PC and go to Preferences
In the General tab, click "Reset to Factory Settings" in the bottom right. Follow the prompt to reset.
