❓When should I use the factory reset feature?
A factory reset of the Astropad Studio app is one of our standard troubleshooting steps. We have some examples of when you would want to do a reset:
Experiencing connection issues
Odd shortcut or magic gesture behavior
Noticing severe lag

Quit Astropad Studio on your Mac
Hold the Option key while opening Astropad Studio - a reset prompt will appear
Click the Reset button and restart the Astropad Studio app
