Shipping delays or issues can occur due to factors like pre-orders, carrier-related disruptions, or additional quality checks. This guide explains why your order might not have shipped yet, how you can track shipments, and ways to resolve delays or incomplete tracking.
🚚 When Will My Order Ship?
Pre-Orders: For items marked as pre-order (e.g., Rock Paper Pencil or Fresh Coat), shipping times will be disclosed on the product page or at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking email once the item is dispatched to the carrier.
Scheduled Delays: If your shipment was delayed, revised shipping timelines are often provided, such as shipping within a few weeks of completed quality checks or on a specific date. Check your order’s email updates.
Confirmation Requirements: Some delayed orders may require you to confirm certain details, like your device model. Look for verification emails and respond promptly to receive your order in a timely manner.

For orders (like screen protectors) temporarily paused for quality control, shipping begins within a few weeks after the inspection clears and we receive the product at our fulfillment centers.

How to Access Tracking Information: Tracking updates are sent to your email upon shipment. Use the number provided to visit the shipping carrier’s page to view live updates.
Incomplete Addresses or Missing Updates: Contact the carrier, provide the tracking number, and verify your delivery address if tracking hasn’t updated for days.
For delayed deliveries due to known carrier disruptions, check for rerouting options or postal status updates (e.g., labor strikes).
Delivery Attempts Not Completed: Arrange a redelivery via your carrier’s site or locate a pickup center using the tracking page.
⏳ Resolving Delays in Transit
If your shipment is delayed while in transit, remember that it cannot be canceled or expedited. Options include:
Allowing time for delivery to complete naturally (delays may be temporary).
Refusing the delivery and requesting a refund once it returns to the sender.

Standard Shipping Time: International shipments typically take 1–2 weeks, depending on the destination. EU-based orders often ship the next business day and take around 7 business days to arrive.
