  • Carriers: UK/EU ship regionally (Evri, PostNL). All other countries ship from the US via DHL Global Mail (standard) or FedEx (expedited).

📮 How Shipping Works

Standard shipping method:

  • Processing: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days

UK and EU orders:

  • Fulfilled from our UK/EU facilities

  • UK: shipped with Evri, final delivery by Evri

  • EU: shipped primarily with PostNL, final delivery may hand off to a local carrier

All other countries:

  • Fulfilled from our US warehouse

  • Standard: DHL Global Mail picks up at our US facility, DHL transports to the destination country or state, final delivery by the local postal service

  • Expedited: shipped with FedEx

Expedited shipping:

  • Delivery: Faster than standard shipping options

  • Carrier: Shipped via FedEx for faster delivery

  • Processing: Same 1-2 business day processing time

US Domestic Orders

Sales tax:

  • Varies by state: US sales tax calculated based on your state

  • Checkout calculation: Tax amount shown at checkout before payment

Canadian customers: Orders ship from the U.S. — duties/taxes are assessed at delivery by Canadian customs and collected by the carrier. We don’t collect these fees at checkout.

UK and EU Orders

  • Fulfilled from our UK/EU facilities

  • UK shipments: delivered by Evri

  • EU shipments: shipped primarily by PostNL, with handoff to local carriers as needed

  • VAT and applicable fees are calculated at checkout

  • No additional import duties for UK/EU customers when fulfilled within the region

Special fulfillment:

  • UK fulfillment center: Orders to UK and EU fulfilled from UK location

  • VAT calculation: VAT and applicable fees calculated at checkout

  • Included fees: No additional import duties for UK/EU customers

All other countries

  • US fulfillment: Shipped from US fulfillment center

  • Customer responsibility: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees

  • Standard shipping uses DHL Global Mail with handoff to the local postal service for final delivery

  • Expedited shipping uses FedEx

📋 Delivery Issues: If Your Order Doesn't Arrive

First steps:

  1. Check tracking: Review tracking information for package status

  2. Contact local postal service: Check with your local post office first

  3. Verify address: Ensure delivery address was correct

If package shows delivered but not received:

  1. Check with neighbors: Package may have been delivered to wrong address

  2. Look around property: Check porches, mailboxes, or secure areas

  3. Contact local postal service: They may have additional delivery information

Getting help:

  • Local post first: Always contact your local postal service initially

  • Our support: If local post can't help, contact us with your order number

  • Required info: Have your order number ready when contacting support

Why does this matter? We want to be transparent. Your shipping speed, costs, and customs procedures depend on which fulfillment center handles your order. Orders shipping from a fulfillment center in your region typically arrive faster and may have lower customs fees.
