How to Add Events in Rock Daily Planner

Rock Daily Planner syncs with your iPad's native Calendar, allowing you to add events directly within the app and manage which calendars are visible.

➕ Adding a New Event

To create an event in Rock Daily Planner:

  1. Tap the calendar icon at the top of the app

  2. Tap the + Add Event button in the drop down menu

  3. Fill in your event details (title, time, date, etc.)

  4. Tap Done to save

Your new event will appear in Rock Daily Planner and automatically sync with your iPad's Calendar app.

👁️ Managing Visible Calendars

You can choose which calendars appear in Rock Daily Planner:

  1. Tap the calendar icon at the top of the app

  2. A menu will appear showing all your available calendars

  3. Tap the checkmark next to any calendar to show or hide it

  4. Calendars with checkmarks will be visible in your daily view

✏️ Editing Events

Currently, you cannot edit events directly within Rock Daily Planner. To make changes to an existing event:

  1. Open the Calendar app on your iPad

  2. Find and edit the event

  3. Changes will automatically sync back to Rock Daily Planner

Our team is actively working on adding event editing capabilities directly within Rock Daily Planner in a future update.

Note: Rock Daily Planner syncs with your iPad's native Calendar app, so any events you add or changes you make in either location should automatically appear in both places.
