Managing Your Workbench Subscription

Learn how to manage your Workbench subscription, update your payment method, and cancel through the Workbench account portal and Stripe.

🔗 Accessing Your Account Portal

  1. Go to bench.astropad.com

  2. Sign in with the same method you used to create your account (email, Apple, or Google)

  3. From your account page, tap Manage Subscription to update your subscription or payment method


Accessing Your Stripe Billing Portal

Workbench uses Stripe for billing. You can easily access your billing portal directly to view and manage your payment information directly.

To access the portal:

  1. Sign in with the same email you used to create your Workbench account

From the portal you can:

  • View your current subscription and next billing date

  • Add, update, or remove a payment method

  • Update your billing name and email

  • View Invoice History


💳 Updating Your Payment Method and Billing Information

Updating Payment Method

  1. From your account portal, access your current subscription to go to the Payment Methods section

  2. Select your existing payment method or tap Add payment method

  3. Enter your new card details and save

Updating Billing Information

  1. From your account portal, access your current subscription to go to the Billing Information section

  2. Click on Update Information located underneath your name and email

  3. Enter your correct Billing Information and save

Note: Changing your Billing Information email will only change the email associated with billing alerts/account access. The email used to sign in to the Workbench app will remain unchanged.


❌ Canceling Your Subscription

  1. From your account portal, click Cancel subscription from within the portal

  2. Your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period

  3. You won't be charged again after cancellation
